Looking up at Oak Lodge from the lower walk. From the shaded porch, one had a clear view of  the Lake Michigan beach, the channel and lighthouse. This hillside is heavily wooded today, effectively blocking these views.

More information about Oak Lodge may be found in the Cottage History section.

Living room looking northwest. Doorway to dining room to the right.

Two views of  Oak Lodge on the upper boardwalk, named Terrace Avenue in the plat.

Looking northeast from the living room into the dining room. Many of the furnishings remain in the Oak Lodge to this day.

Living room looking south east.
